Full Job Description:

Gain a competitive advantage when you work as part of our Sales Team. You will be collaborating and working directly with the management team from Scorptec Computers, a 25 years local and reputable IT reseller in Australia.   You will not be treated as a BPO agent but will be rewarded with various growth and training opportunities.

This is where you’ll shine: 

Sales Support
Provide up to date technical expert advice & offer complete IT solutions to a wide range of customers (home users, to business and beyond) 
Quotation for computer system solutions ranging from gaming PCs to enterprise level equipment 
Assisting all customer’s queries: not limited to product, account & delivery information
This support will be provided by multiple communication channels, which predominantly includes Phone, Tickets/Email, and Live Chat.
Internal Communication
Liaise with internal teams and departments (including Product Management, Aftersales, Warehouse and Retail Stores) to ensure fully formed solutions and information is provided to the customer.
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings to discuss the performance, progress and plans of the department.
Participate in training sessions that may relate specifically to aftersales/customer service handling or technical and vendor type training. Some of which may be conducted outside of normal business hours.
What you’ll bring in:

Technical expertise with latest computer hardware and components
Result oriented & with high attention to detail 
Have at least 2-3 years' experience in presales and sales for IT products 
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills.
Ability to listen to and empathise with customers.
Excellent time and task management skills.
Integrity, honesty, flexibility, good energy levels and ability to deal with stress.
Willing to work in a team environment.
Professional manner and neat appearance.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
